Prioritisation: What will be in your MVP and what will be in your 2.0 version?
After you have decided the MVP:
Engineering: How hard is this to build? How long might it take? Are there ways to build a solution quicker?
Design: How does your new feature look? What is the user flow?
Project Plan: What tasks will you create for the team and how will you get those tasks done?
Go-to-market: How will you plan the launch and how will you market it?
Metrics: How will you measure the success of this feature? Why these metrics?
